The pennant for Commander, Submarine Group 2 waves over the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Jacksonville during a change of command ceremony at Naval Station Norfolk. Cmdr. Tyler Meador relieved Cmdr. John Kropcho III, who retired at the ceremony after serving the Navy for 24 years. Jacksonville recently returned from its first deployment in five years.
