Chief Petty Officer Stephanie Kotatis and Seaman Dustin Foster, assigned to USS Constitution, raise the national ensign during colors aboard the littoral combat ship USS Freedom. Freedom is currently in Boston for weekend port visit to showcase the ship's new capabilities. Freedom is the first of two littoral combat ships designed to operate in shallow water environments to counter threats in coastal regions and is currently en route to Norfolk, Va.
