Sgt. Rolanda Praymous a Jacksonville, Fla., native, and an automated logistical specialist in the 503rd Maintenance Company, 398th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade. She manages the logistical side of the maintenance house, and it all begins with customer service. Praymous works diligently to open, update and close work orders for each of our customers, whether they are stopping by on a convoy or she assists them on a regular basis. She also ensures that all the essential information concerning a vehicle, weapon or generator is processed correctly. "Always check, recheck and verify all transactions. The customers are depending on us to get it right the first time around," said Praymous. Praymous' customer service is paramount and her work ethic is unmatched.
