Brig. Gen. Elizabeth Austin, U.S. Army Central chief of logistics, presents the Catharine Greene Award to Amani Smith at Patton Hall, Shaw Air Force Base, May 7. The Catharine Greene Award was approved by the Quartermaster General, Maj. Gen. Hawthorne L.
