Philippine and U.S. Soldiers team up to create a playlist of music of the portable announcement system for those participating in the Cabanatuan American Memorial restoration project during Balikatan 2014, May 8, 2014. During World War II, the people of Cabanatuan City help the U.S. rangers and scouts by providing food, water and transportation of ambulatory patients during World War II. This year marks the 30th iteration of the exercise, which is an annual Republic of the Philippines- U.S. military bilateral training exercise and humanitarian civic assistance engagement.
