Officers and noncommissioned officers of the 3rd Battalion, 10th Infantry Regiment participate in the "Omega Squad" leader training program at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., April 16, 2014. The program, which is part of 3rd Chemical Brigade's initiative to conduct periodic refresher training of basic tactical skills for Basic Combat Training cadre, consists of recovering a downed unmanned aircraft, care and medical evacuation of injured personnel, squad movement and security tactics, and a stress shoot.
