Soldiers of the 2nd Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division partnered with the Iraqi security forces in a Cooperative Medical Engagement in the Muthana Province near Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq. The coalition forces successful provided medical services for approximately 300 Iraqis in the area.
