Two helicopters from the "Easy Riders" of Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron Light 37, perform a fly-over between Kilo pier and the USS Missouri and USS Arizona Memorials at the beginning of a change of command ceremony in which Rear Adm. Townsend G. Alexander was relieved by Rear Adm. Dixon R. Smith as commander, Navy Region Hawaii and commander, Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific at Naval Station Pearl Harbor.
