Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Andrew Flasco and Construction Electrician Constructionman Allam Lawrence, both attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, pull up grounding wire out of the mud at the conclusion of the battalion's last Command Post Exercise (CPX) on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, Calif. The CPX is a graded evolution that prepares NMCBs for their Field Training Exercise (FTX). NMCB 4's FTX is in April of this year.
