Air Force Staff Sgt. Scott Boucher, embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge, saws a board for a wall brace in a Southeast Asia hut to expand Presbitero Carlos Novel Primary School as part of the humanitarian/civic assistance mission Continuing Promis 2008. Kearsarge is supporting the Caribbean phase of CP, an equal-partnership mission between the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, France, Brazil, Nicaragua, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
