Assault Craft Unit 2 personnel embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge begin off-loading vehicles and equipment to begin humanitarian/civic assistance mission Continuing Promise 2008. Kearsarge is supporting the Caribbean Phase of CP 2008, an equal partnership mission between the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
