Christine Factor, daughter of Pearl Harbor survivor Chief Petty Officer Herbert B. Power, scatters the ashes of her father during a burial ceremony at USS Utah Memorial on historic Ford Island. Power, a diver and crewmember aboard the minesweeper USS Widgeon, was credited on Dec. 7, 1941 with saving the lives of numerous Sailors trapped aboard the battleship USS Oklahoma during salvage operations.
