    The national ensign rests folded alongside an official photo and ashes of Pearl Harbor survivor Chief Petty Officer Herbert B. Power as the Navy Region Hawaii Ceremonial Guard forms up on the pier of USS Utah Memorial. Power, a diver and crewmember aboard the minesweeper USS Widgeon, was credited on Dec. 7, 1941 with saving the lives of numerous Sailors trapped aboard the battleship USS Oklahoma during salvage operations.
