U.S. Ambassador to Haiti, Pamela A. White, ceremoniously hands over the keys of 12 transport vehicles to Haitian Minister of Justice and Public Security Jean Renel Sanon and Minister of Interior and Territorial Collectives David Basile (left). The vehicles were part of a package of hardware the U.S. donated to Haiti to strengthen their emergency response and civil protection agencies. The U.S. donated six all-terrain, large cabin pick-up trucks; six 20-foot, all-terrain cargo trucks; and a dozen 18-foot search and rescue boats, purchased under U.S. Southern Command's Humanitarian Assistance Program.
