Marines with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 112, known as the “Cowboys,” overlook maintenance checks on F/A-18 Hornets aboard Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Jan. 8, 2014, to ensure their aircraft meet requirements before they return to Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth Texas. The squadron has been activated for nine months on a Unit Deployment Program instead of the usual six.
