Lance Cpl. Justin S. McMenamin, a tiltrotor crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 163, enjoys the view of the sunset from an MV-22 Osprey, March 6, 2013. VMM-163 visited NAS Fort Worth for a three-week deployment for training. Hosted by base unit Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 234 (VMGR-234), VMM-163 utilized the unfamiliar training environment as they transition from CH-46 Sea Stallions and prepare for a future combat deployment. This four-hour flight, which started at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas, simulated a tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel (TRAP) mission, as well as a ground refueling mission at Smokey Hill Range, Salina, Kan.
