Medics assigned to 2nd Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division secure a simulated casualty on a skedco during the third stage of the Painkiller Challenge at Fort Benning, Ga., Dec. 13. The skedco is used to transport patients via land or air. After securing the patient, medics dragged the litter approximately 100 yards.
