Army construction engineers build a Hesco barrier wall at Forward Operating Base Hunter in southeastern Iraq, Aug. 28, 2008. The Soldiers fill the barriers with dirt to provide a higher level of security at the 1st Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment's new base. The squadron recently left Convoy Support Center Scania and is moving troops to the new base as it is built up from scratch.
