ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. - U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Joel Auten, of the Sector Jacksonville Prevention Department, describes to commercial fisherman David Fletcher what he is looking for while inspecting the Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon aboard Fletcher's fishing vessel, Perseverance, during a dockside safety examination in Atlantic Beach, Fla., Oct. 10, 2012.
