TAMPA BAY, Fla. - The Coast Guard will establish 15 federal security zones to ensure the security of delegates, boaters and the public on waterways within the region during the upcoming Republican National Convention Aug. 25, 2012. These security zones take effect from Aug. 25 at 12:01 p.m., through Aug. 31 at 1:00 a.m.
