Mine resistant ambush protected vehicles are loaded onto the USNS Pililaau at the seaport of Charleston, December 2007. This sealift mission was the first major shipment of MRAP vehciles by sealift. Over 500 MRAP vehicles were loaded onto the Military Sealift Command vessel.
