NOME, Alaska - Coast Guard Auxiliary members, with the help of Coastie the safety boat, share important water and ice safety lessons with the students of the Nome Elementary School May 4, 2012. The Auxiliary visit to Nome was the culmination of a two week trip which included similar classes held in Alaska communities of Nome, Barrow and Kotzebue.
