NEW ORLEANS - The Coast Guard Barque Eagle arrives to the Bienville Wharf for the start of NOLA Navy Week in downtown, April 17, 2012. The Eagle, a 295-foot training vessel homeported in New London, Conn., is scheduled to participate in the Bicentennial Commemoration of the War of 1812.
