Maj. Gen. K. C. McClain (left), speaks with Lt. Gen. McClain accompanied North on a tour of several locations here and throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. This is McClain's first visit to the Middle East since assuming command of the Air Force Personnel Center in January.
