The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas and the guided-missile destroyer USS McFaul transit through the Black Sea en route to the Republic of Georgia to deliver humanitarian relief supplies. Dallas is carrying more than 76,000 pounds of supplies, including soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, baby wipes, toilet paper and other necessities.
