PORTSMOUTH, Va. - An MH-60 Jayhawk rescue helicopter crew from Elizabeth City, N.C., conducted a search and rescue demonstration in front of a crowd of students from four area Historically Black Colleges and Universities at Base Support Unit Portsmouth Wednesday, Nov. 9. The major element of the HBCU partnership is to create a mutually beneficial relationship with the Coast Guard and universities in support of higher education.
