OAKLAND, Calif. - A cadre of Coast Guardsmen were recognized as an Oakland Military Institute cadet marches by with a Coast Guard flag during a regimental review ceremony at the OMI campus in Oakland, Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011. All five branches of the military were similarly honored with veterans and active duty members standing to be recognized for their service as their flag passed by.
