Joseph 'Pepe' Castillo and Mr. Douglas Van Howd cuts the ribbon to unveil a C-130 bronze memorial dedicated to the nine fallen crew of Coast Guard rescue aircraft 1705 and Marine Corps helicopter Vengeance 38 Oct. 29, 2011.
