SAN FRANCISCO - Shilu Ramchand, a clinical nurse specialist at the San Francisco General Hospital Infant Care Center, explains the functions of the hospital's nursery to servicemembers from the U.S. Coast Guard, Navy and Marine Corps, Oct. 6, 2011.Members of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard went to the hospital to spend time talking with and reading to children as part of San Francisco's annual Fleet Week.Fleet Week is a weeklong event that celebrates both the domestic and international maritime services.
