CAPE COD, Mass. - Coast Guard 2nd Class Petty Officer Jason Stanberry, an aviation electrical technician at Air Station Cape Cod, Mass., monitors his equipment aboard an HU-25C Falcon aircraft after Hurricane Irene battered the Northeastern United States on Aug. 28, 2011.
