ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - A Coast Guard MH-60 Jawhawk helicopter from Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City provides an overflight of areas affected by Hurricane Irene in the area of Oregon Inlet, Aug. 29, 2011.
