JUNEAU, Alaska - Coast Guard members are awarded a certificate by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska at the Rookery Cafe in recognition of being Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska's 2010 Workplace Partner of the Year for their volunteer support Jan. 27, 2011.
