GULF SHORES, Ala. - Stephanie Hill, a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration employee and member of Snorkel Shoreline Cleanup Assessment Technique Team 8, records evidence of oil found below the water's surface in Gulf Shores, Ala., Sept. 20, 2010.
