Coast Guard Cutter Sturgeon Bay participates in Partnership in Education program

The 8th grade physics students spent a day onboard the Sturgeon Bay learning how a ship works so they can design a submarine for a school project. The crew members of the Sturgeon Bay, homeported in Bayonne, N.J., are active participants in the Partnership in Education (PIE) program.
