A piper from the Minnesota Police Pipe Band and color guard consisting of members from Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit Duluth and the Duluth Police Honor Guard present colors during a memorial service to honor the life and sacrifices of BM1 Edgar Culbertson on the 42nd anniversary of his death. BM1 Culbertson died during a rescue attempt trying to save three teenage brothers, who also died in Lake Superior.
