HOUSTON - Chief Petty Officer Albert Shannon from Air Station Houston nails in the base of a new window frame for a second story bedroom in A New Life here Jan. 12. 2008. The second story of A New Life was burned by an electrical fire and stood untended for more than a year before the crewmembers of Air Station Houston found out about the accident.
