NEW YORK, NY (July 10, 2003)--Coast Guard Boatswain Mate 1st Class Bill C. Lappin, 29, of Portland, Maine., (front) and Seaman Adam J. Season, 21, of Washington, Il., patrol the Hudson River near the Verrazano Bridge while the Coast Guard Cutter Bainbridge Island, homeported in Sandy hook, NJ., patrols past the tanker ship Antiparos.
