NEW ORLEANS -Coast Guard Capt. Julia Hein discusses on-going clean-up operations at Pensacola Fla. with Chief Aaron Hemme on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Capt. Hein has served as the Federal On-Scene Coordinator (FOSC) since May 6, 2011. The response organization continues cleanup operations in affected areas with 1,277 responders and 116 vessels to ensure the shoreline of Gulf Coast is properly cleaned and restored.
