Rear Adm. Joe Leidig, deputy commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet, addresses the crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas about their mission to transport humanitarian relief supplies to the Republic of Georgia following the conflict between Russian and Georgian forces. Dallas is deployed in U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility and is expected to arrive in Georgia within the coming week.
