MORGAN CITY, La. - The Coast Guard Disaster Area Response Team staged out of Morgan City offloads a 16-foot flood punt from a trailer, May 22, 2011. The DART is staged in southern Louisiana to patrol the the local waterways to assess water levels and identify possible areas prone to flooding in response to the 2011 Midwest Floods.
