JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Four boaters rescued by the Coast Guard 15-miles northeast of Cumberland Island, Ga., after a 25-foot boat they were aboard capsized, discuss the ordeal with Coast Guard watchstanders aboard Sector Jacksonville, Saturday May 14, 2011. The 87-foot Coast Guard Cutter Sea Dog, homeported in St. Mary's, Ga., rescued the boaters from the sea after locating them as a result of a postive hit stemming from a Personal Positioning Indicating Radio Beacon.
