    FORT MACON, N.C. - Chief Warrant Officer Scott McAloon, commanding officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Smilax, Adm. Robert J. Papp, commandant of the Coast Guard, and Rear Adm. Dean Lee, commander of the Coast Guard's 5th District render honors during the opening ceremony of the crowning of the Smilax as the Queen of the Fleet during a ceremony held at Fort Macon, April 11, 2011.
