CLEVELAND - U.S. Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Patrick Owens, officer-in-charge of Station Cleveland Harbor here, walks up the station's pier with Fredrick Funck, 61, after a Cleveland Harbor 25-foot Response Boat-Small crew medically evacuated Funck from the motor vessel American Integrity due to a hand injury April 4, 2011. The boatcrew met the freighter outside of the Cleveland Harbor breakwall shortly after they called for help about 8:30 a.m., transferred Funck to the RB-S, and brought him to Station Cleveland Harbor where emergency medical technicians were waiting to take him to a local hospital for treatment.
