SAN DIEGO - The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Sea Otter was awarded the 87 Program Depot Maintenance Section Chief Excellence in Cutter Configuration Award Monday, Feb. 21, 2011. This award is handed out every quarter to the 87-foot patrol boat that has the best configuration, and this is the first time it has been awarded to a cutter from Sector San Diego.
