ELIZABETH RIVER, Va. - Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Matt Geddis navigates a 41-foot Utility Boat under the Dominion Blvd., Steel Bridge while on a patrol looking for signs of pollution in the Elizabeth River at 9:25 a.m., Feb. 9, 2011.
