GALVESTON, Texas - Ben Higgins, the seat turtle program manager at NOAA's Galveston laboratory, holds an injured green sea turtle, Dec. 20, 2010. The green turtle was found in the Houston Ship Channel, and transported by a small boat crew from Coast Guard Station Galveston to NOAA personnel in Galveston.
