CLEVELAND - Freezing spray caused by high winds and subzero air temperatures completely coats the Cleveland Harbor West Pierhead Lighthouse in ice as the harbor begins to freeze over for the winter Dec. 14, 2010. Coast Guard units throughout the Great Lakes issued warnings to mariners that the ice may reduce or completely obscure aids to navigation across the lakes.
