    BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Tom D'Amore of Station Buffalo escorts the tug Ohio, pushing a barge carrying windmill parts, in a 25-foot Response Boat-Small through the Buffalo River Nov. 12, 2010. Station Buffalo's response boat, and a boat from the Erie County Sheriff's Office were called out to help when six protest boats fighting for the rights of Iron Workers Local Union 6 reportedly blocked the passage of the Ohio and another tug en route to help get the barge underway because they were being operated by out-of-state workers.
