NORFOLK, Va. - Coast Guard personnel along with agents from Customs and Border Protection, National Cargo Borough, Hampton Police Department and the Virginia State Police Department inspect trucks and cargo in the Port of Hampton Roads' Norfolk International Terminal during a multi-agency strike operation, Oct. 27, 2010.
