GRAND ISLE, La. - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration personnel and members of the media receive a briefing on the Conductivity-Temperature-Depth equipment resting aboard the vessel American Diver from scientists aboard the NOAA ship Pisces via hand-held radio. The Pisces, a NOAA fisheries survey vessel is using a similar CTD to conduct sub-surface oil surveillance near Grand Isle, Sept. 14, 2010.
